Tinatin Bregvadze Tinatin Bregvadze
Acting Head
Ms. Bregvadze has a solid experience in working for various local and international non-governmental organizations and foundations. During 2005-2010 she has been working for such organizations as Transparency International Georgia, World Vision Georgia, where her major focus was education. In 2010-2014 Tinatin became a team member of Open Society Georgia Foundation, Academic Fellowship Program. In 2012-2014 Ms.Bregvadze has been overseeing the program in three south Caucasus countries – Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. She has served as an adviser to the International Center of Higher Education. In addition, she is an invited professor at Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, at the faculty of Social and Political Studies and a deputy chairperson at the authorization council at National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. Since March 2018, serves as is an Acting Director of Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute.

 
Mariam Baliashvili Mariam Baliashvili

Mariam Baliashvili was born on 16th of November, 1958, in Ananuri, Dusheti region. In 1975 she graduated from Ananuri secondary school and received musical education (Piano). In 1980 she graduated from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Public Agriculture Planning and began working as Chief Economist at the Finance Department of the Presidium of the Georgian Academy of Sciences. In 1999 he was appointed as the Chief Accountant of Andria Razmadze Institute of Mathematics of the Georgian Academy of Sciences.
In 2000 Mariam Baliashvili attended the certification program, financed by USAID and became a member of the Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Georgia (IFAC Member of International Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Great Britain). In the same year she was awarded with Auditor’s qualification by the Board of Audit under the Parliament of Georgia.
Since 2001 she has been reading lectures at Financial Accounting and Audit at Ilia State University, State Technical University and Georgian-European University (Georgian and Russian sectors).
In 2008-2016 Ms. Mariam worked as financial manager of the State Minister's Office for Diaspora Issues. Since 2017, she has been working as a financial manager at Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
She has a spouse - Vazha Chincharauli (architect-restorer), Director of the Pshav-Khevsureti Protected Areas Agency.

 
Khatia Gogebashvili Khatia Gogebashvili

Khatia Gogebashvili was born in 1991, in Tbilisi, Georgia. In 2009 she graduated from Tbilisi #30 Public School. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, where she studied during 2009-2013.

In 2011-2013 she was an English Language Teacher and Interpreter at “Child, Family, Society”, NGO. During May 2013 she was an Intern at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. Since March 2014 she has been working at the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute first as a Consultant and then as a Chief Consultant.

Tamar Mangoshvili was born on 27 September, 1991. In 1997-2009 she studied at Rustavi N 10 Public school. In 2009-2013 she studied Bachelor Programme of Psychology at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2013-2015 she studied Master Programme of Work and Organisational Psychology at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
In 2014-2015 she worked for LLC. Rustavi Steel as Human Resources Specialist in HR Deprtament. From August to December, 2015 she participated in the internship programme at the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. From December, 2015 She works for the LEPL Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia as a Training Programmes Specialist.

Nikoloz Rtveliashvili Nikoloz Rtveliashvili

Nikoloz Rtveliashvili was born on 23rd of March in 1956. In 1978 he graduated Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University faculty of Geography-Geology with the specialty of Economic Geography of Foreign Countries.
In 1979-1983 he continued post-graduate studies in Moscow State University and gained a scientific degree (PhD) in 1985 at the Department of Economic Geography of MSU.
In 1983-1992 he was working as a Senior Researcher and Lecturer at the Department of Economic Geography of the Tbilisi State University.
From August of 1992 he joined MFA of Georgia and was working on different positions. In 1993-1994 he served in the Mission of Georgian to Vienna International Organizations (OSCE, UN). In 1996-1997 he was a Fulbright Scholar in the field of Security Policy at the George Washington University. During 1997-2008 he served at the Embassy of Georgia to Austria and at the Mission of Georgia to NATO in Brussels as the Deputy Head of Mission. Also, studied at the Geneva Center for Security Policy.
In 2008-2011 he was Director of the Department for Security Policy and Euro-Atlantic Integration. In 2011 he was appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Denmark covering the Kingdom of Norway and Republic of Iceland until the end of 2016.
From June 2017 till April 2018 N. Rtveliashvili was Ambassador at Large in the MFA of Georgia and from 1st April he is Research Fellow at the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of MFA Georgia.
N. Rtveliashvili is married to Khatuna Khobua and has daughter Tamara, who is married.
He speaks Georgian (native), English (fluent), Russian (fluent), German (good).  

 
Mikheil Ukleba Mikheil Ukleba

Mikheil Ukleba was born on 15th of April, 1953, in Batumi. He holds degree from Tbilisi State University, faculty of Biology (1971-1977). In 1985 he graduated from the Foreign trade Academy of the USSR, Faculty of International Economic Relations in Moscow.
In the period 1985-1989 he was appointed as Senior Economist of Trade Representative of the USSR in Baghdad, Iraq. From 1990 he held several leading posts in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. He was First Secretary of the MFA of the Republic of Georgia (1990-1991), Head of Foreign Relations Division of the MFA of the Republic of Georgia (1991-1992), First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia (1992-1998), Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia (2001-2004); (2012-2013), and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia (2004-2005).
Mr. Ukleba was accredited as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the People’s Republic of China (2005-2008), Bulgaria (2008-2012), Ukraine (2013-2017) and Permanent Representative of Georgia to GUAM (2014-2017).
In addition, in 1998-2001 he was Minister of State Property Management of Georgia.  
From 1st of June 2018 Mr. Ukleba is a Research Fellow at the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

 
Konstantine Zhgenti Konstantine Zhgenti

Konstantine Zhgenty was born on 8th of September, 1952 in Tbilisi. In 1975 he graduated from Tbilisi State University, faculty of Oriental studies. In the period 1976-1990 he was working as a scientist at the Department of international information, Center of Information at the Academy of Science of Georgia, holding the positions from Junior Scientist to the Head of Department. At the same period he was an expert-commentator on international relations at the radio and television of Georgia. In 1983 he prepared a thesis on the topic "Palestine in the mandate year of England", which was defended in 1983 in Tbilisi. From 1987 he was a PhD student of the same Institute of Moscow.
Since 1990 he had been working in the Eastern Division of the East and then at the positions of the Director of Political and American and European Departments in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In September-December 1993 he was a visiting fellow at the US Harvard University at the Kennedy School.
Mr. Zhgenty was accredited as Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Italy (1997-2000) and as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Austria and Hungary (2005-2006). As well he held the post of Charge de affairs of the Embassy of Georgia to Hungary (2006-2009) and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan (2014-2018).
During 2009-2012 he was a professor at the IBSU (International Black Sea University) and lecturer at Ilia State University and Caucasus University. At the same time he hosted the political talk-show "Here and Now" at the radio-television "Palitra".
From 1st of June 2018 Mr. Zhgenty is a Research Fellow at the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

 
Soso Danelia Soso Danelia
Research Fellow
Soso Danelia was born on 23rd of July, in Martvili. In 1979 he graduated from the Faculty of Construction of the Georgian Polytechnic Institute, in 1991 Managers School of Tbilisi and in 1997 Institute of Diplomacy of Italian Ministry of Internal Affairs. In addition, he did an internship in Czech Republic, France and Italy.
In 2003 he was awarded with a PhD degree in the field of technical sciences, in 2001 academician of the Vatican Tiberian Academy for the merit of diplomacy, in 2004 honorary academician of Florence Nobles Academy for the merit of the scientific and technical fields, in 2008, “ Sacred Angelic Imperial Constantinian Order of Saint George ”, by Prince Carlo Hugo Byburne.
Soso Danelia was a member of the Georgian national team and he is sporting wizard in boxing. Currently, he is the first Vice-President of the National Federation of Kickboxing.
In 1979-1995 he worked as an engineer-architect and chief engineer at the Tbilisi Aviation Factory, then as a deputy director of the factory.
In 1991 he was elected as a deputy of the Tbilisi City Council.
Since 1996 he has worked as Deputy Representative of the Georgian Trade-Economic Representation, also as Representative of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Italy.
Since 1997 he worked as a Diplomat in Italy and Vatican, Embassy of Georgia and International Organizations FAO, WFP, IFAD, First Secretary, Consul, Advisor, Envoy, Military attaché and Charge de Affairs of Ambassador, as well as the Deputy Director of the Consul Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ambassador of Extraordinary Assignments.
In 2015 he was elected in the 8th Term of the Parliament of Georgia.
From 1st of April 2018 Mr. Danelia is a Research Fellow at the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

 
Mamuka Tsikhelashvili Mamuka Tsikhelashvili

Mamuka Tsikhelasvili was born on 27th of May, 1971. In 1988 he graduated from Tbilisi 24th school. During 1988-1993 he was studying at the Department of Economics at Tbilisi State University. As well he holds the certificates from the Center of Diplomatic studies in the Islamic Republic of Iran (1996) and from the Diplomatic Academy in People’s Republic of China (1998).
Mamuka Tsikhelashvili started working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1997, where he was appointed to the following positions: Third Secretary of Division of the Bilateral Economic Relations of Department of the international Economic Relations (1997-1998); Second Secretary of Division of cooperation with International Economic and Financial Organizations at the same department (1998-1999); First Secretary of Division of the International Economic Analysis and Information at the same department (1999-2000); Head of Regional Cooperation Division at the same department (2000-2006) and as well Deputy Director (2007-2009)  and Director (2009-2012) of the Department of the international Economic, Cultural and Humanitarian Relations.
In 2003-2007 Mr. Mamuka Tsikhelashvili worked at the Embassy of Georgia in the Republic of Armenia on the position of Consul.  In 2012-2017 He was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Kingdom of Norway.
In 2016 he was granted the highest diplomatic rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
From 1st of June, 2018, Mamuka Tsikhelashvili is a Research Fellow at the Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
He is awarded with the Order of Honor.
He has a spouse and two children.
